Founded in 2011, our client operates several niche content sites that bring together bloggers across industries and provides them with a business and technology platform.  The company monetizes its platforms with curated products, subscriptions and events. The Group operates several popular websites covering a variety of customer interests.

After a thorough analysis of their business process and business needs, we proposed building an ad Operations management platform using Salesforce Enterprise Edition software, CPQ, and Service Cloud.

 

Our team started with configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ. To ensure that all captured orders and other customer data are centralized in one place, we integrated Member press and WooCommerce with Salesforce. We also did custom development to create an Operations calendar for the staff to know which ad is to be published/run, when and where.

Outcome

 

The Ad Operations Management Platform helped RNM in streamlining their entire ad operations and get a 360-degree view of it. It made it easy for the company to scale its operations and optimize ad inventory.
