Team AppShark embarked on consulting and implementing a comprehensive solution for the business post-analysis of its service categories and prices(over 1000 of them). A robust SalesCloud CRM was integrated with its ERP (Microsoft Navision) which would consume relevant information related to sales and streamline major sales support functions. Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Conga Composer were deployed to handle giving quotations and handling proposal documents. Salesforce CPQ assigned approval limits to sales personnel with multiple pricing rules and regularised template creation was carried out by Conga Composer. Both Salesforce and Navision shared detailed information pertaining to customers and services rendered.
