NetSuite Integration With Salesforce

While Salesforce is usually integrated with third party ERP systems for adding value to a business, when you combine Salesforce, the world’s no 1 cloud CRM with NetSuite, the most popular cloud ERP and business accounting solution from Oracle, you get a complete business system for the entire organization, on one platform.

The integration between Salesforce and NetSuite:

  • allows the user to use a single sign-in to log into both systems
  • allows bi-directional data flow and integration
  • reduces the chances of duplication and errors

The most significant benefit is that Salesforce applications can automate and simplify complex business processes when integrated with an ERP like NetSuite. Some of the other benefits include:

  • Ability to leverage the power of ‘force.com’ platform to expand business
  • The entire business can be managed on one integrated platform
  • Complex business processes can be automated and managed online

At AppShark we provide complete integration services. Depending on our client’s requirements, we either work with integration providers like Jitterbit, BizTalk, Boomi, Cast Iron, Pervasive and TIBCO or perform custom integrations.

In one such instance, a client requested us to integrate NetSuite with Salesforce using Jitterbit server which they had earlier purchased. The client wanted to ensure a bi-directional flow of data and information between Opportunities in Salesforce and Payment details in NetSuite.

The client’s existing system relied on manual entry of data where the team had to physically enter the sales orders for the corresponding ‘Opportunity’ in Salesforce. This whole process was not only time consuming but also increased the chances of human errors especially since the team had to handle a large volume of sensitive data.

AppShark performed a streamlined, real time integration with a robust architecture where the integration was carried out using the existing Jitterbit server. The final integrated solution ensured an automated business process where the data flowed seamlessly between Salesforce and NetSuite.  The integration therefore not only minimized the chances of error but also ensured a quick processing irrespective of the time zone.

This in turn reduced the turnaround time which allowed our client to maximize their ROI and increase revenue generation.
